Cartoon Network estreia 'Circle Time com Miss Ruby e Jessica' Interstitial

O curta apresenta uma animada Jéssica de 'Craig of the Creek' conversando com Ruby Bridges, ícone dos direitos civis e ativista, sobre sua experiência como a primeira criança negra integrada em uma escola totalmente branca, e perguntando o que as crianças podem fazer para serem pacificadoras .

 Cartoon Network lançou um curta intersticial especial, Circle Time with Miss Ruby & Jessica, que apresenta o ícone dos direitos civis e ativista, Ruby Bridges, junto com uma Jessica animada (dublada por Lucia Cunningham) do Emmy-, GLAAD- e NAACP Award- série indicada, Craig of the Creek . Jessica fala com Miss Ruby sobre sua experiência como a primeira criança negra integrada em uma escola toda branca da Louisiana em 1960, e pergunta o que as crianças podem fazer para serem pacificadoras.

O livro de Bridges, “This Is Your Time”, lançado no ano passado, relata sua experiência depois que ela foi escolhida como uma das primeiras alunas negras a integrar uma escola pública totalmente branca em Nova Orleans. Imagens icônicas dela como uma criança de seis anos sendo escoltada para a aula por delegados federais são lembretes visuais vívidos e duradouros de sua história e esperanças de trazer paz enquanto efetua mudanças.

Destroy All Humans! 2 Reprobed Review

  The remake of Destroy All Humans! 2 Reprobed looks fantastic but is ultimately dragged down by the limitations of its console past. Cryptosporidium and his alien cohorts first touched down on Earth back in 2005 when THQ and Pandemic Studios created an alternative world to ours with  Destroy All Humans! , a Sci-Fi story filled with foreign spies and alien conflict. Pandemic did it again in 2006 with  Destroy All Humans! 2 , carrying the aliens' ridiculous story further into the gaming mainstream during the days of PS2 and Xbox dominance. With  Destroy All Humans! 2 Reprobed , the second remake by THQ Nordic and Black Forest Games in the  Destroy All Humans!  series, Crypto and friends have a chance to bring the boom to the new generation of gamers, but the game doesn't always meet those expectations.
