Mega Man Franchise

 

O próximo grande lançamento é Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection em 2023, que reúne todos os títulos da série Game Boy Advance.





Mega Man pode não receber tantas sequências e atualizações como Resident Evil ou Monster Hunter, mas ainda é uma das franquias de maior sucesso da Capcom. Em seu recente ano fiscal de 2022, a editora confirmou que a série atingiu 38 milhões de unidades vendidas.

A série estreou pela primeira vez em 1987 com o lançamento de Mega Man no Famicom/NES. Recebeu várias sequências e spin-offs ao longo das décadas como Mega Man X, Mega Man Zero, Mega Man Legends e muito mais. Mega Man Battle Network é o mais recente a receber uma Coleção Legacy, que sai em 2023 para PS4, Nintendo Switch e PC.

O último título original da franquia foi Mega Man 11 de 2018. Embora a Capcom não tenha indicado qual será o próximo novo jogo, é bom ver seus títulos ainda acumulando vendas mesmo depois de todos esses anos.
