 Se você abrir o mapa e colocar o indicador em cima de uma das ilhas, vai ver quais os objetivos necessários para ganhar um Shine. Só que eles são revelados um por vez. Ou seja, se você continuar na ilha, terá que descobrir sozinho como pegar todos os cinco Shines.Você irá enfrentar o Bowser várias vezes até o fim do jogo. Cada vez que desbloquear o Guizo Sagrado e lutar contra o monstrão, vai notar que ele adquiriu novas habilidades e ficou mais resistente. O normal então será acabar perdendo sua forma de gato e a luta ficar ainda mais difícil.

Só que há uma forma de recuperar a forma de gato. Assim que ouvir um sino tocar, significa que o guizo que você usou para ficar gigante está de volta. É bem fácil localizar ele pelo brilho. Se você for até o local do guizo novamente, mesmo gigante, vai conseguir retomar a forma de gato e se vingar do Bowser.
