Epic Storyworlds will focus on reviving these acquired brands for a new generation and ensuring their longevity, including through reissuing games, updating their software to make them compatible with current platforms, and rebroadcasting television or digital content. The company acquired the Frima catalog in collaboration with Louis Leclerc, former executive director of Pixel Québec and Cartoon Connection Canada.
the division is already reimagining the family console game Chariot, first released in 2014. With funding from the Canada Media Fund, Epic Storyworlds is developing a new game for the brand.
